Internal engineering estate
Smarter.Codes' internal estate: a MediaWiki and Wikibase documentation portal, public website and engineering consoles used by staff.

- Built the internal console and its Go command-line tool
- Set tracker-first discussion and chose a troubleshooting guide over round-the-clock cover
